Please read these terms carefully before using YOURACCTS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YOURACCTS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website, services, products or marketplace.
2. Our Services
YOURACCTS provides digital products, accounts and related services. Product descriptions, availability, pricing and other information may change at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Purchases
Customers are responsible for reviewing the description, specifications and intended use of an account or digital product before completing a purchase.
Once an account has been delivered, the customer is responsible for keeping the login credentials secure and must not share them with unauthorized persons.
4. No Guarantee of Secondary Sales
YOURACCTS does not guarantee that any account, digital product or other item purchased through the platform can be resold, transferred or sold to another person.
Any secondary sale, transfer or resale is undertaken entirely at the customer's own risk. YOURACCTS does not guarantee a buyer, resale value, profit, demand, transferability or successful completion of any secondary transaction.
5. Prohibited and Illegal Use
Accounts and products purchased through YOURACCTS must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive or unauthorized activities.
This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, scams, impersonation, theft, unauthorized access, money laundering, harassment, distribution of illegal content, phishing, abuse of third-party services or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for how you use any account or product purchased from YOURACCTS.
YOURACCTS is not responsible for problems, losses, bans, suspensions, restrictions, investigations, penalties, claims or other consequences resulting from a customer's illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive or unauthorized use of a purchased account or product.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Some products or accounts may operate on third-party platforms. YOURACCTS does not control the policies, rules, security systems, enforcement decisions or availability of third-party platforms.
Third-party platforms may suspend, restrict, modify or terminate accounts according to their own policies. YOURACCTS cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will continue to support an account or service indefinitely.
7. Account Restrictions and Bans
If an account is restricted, suspended or banned because of the customer's actions, misuse, violation of a third-party platform's rules or illegal activity, YOURACCTS shall not be responsible for the resulting loss to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations and third-party platform rules when using products purchased through YOURACCTS.
Customers must not use YOURACCTS products to circumvent security systems, evade platform restrictions, impersonate another person, obtain unauthorized access or violate another person's rights.
9. Payments
All payments must be made through the payment methods provided by YOURACCTS. Customers must provide accurate information when making payments.
Transactions may be subject to verification before an order, wallet credit or digital product is released.
10. Wallet Funding
Wallet funds may only be used for legitimate transactions on YOURACCTS. Customers must not use the wallet system for fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment activity or any activity that violates applicable laws.
11. Refunds and Disputes
Refund eligibility may depend on the specific product, transaction status and circumstances of the dispute. Customers should contact YOURACCTS support before initiating a payment dispute where possible.
Fraudulent, abusive or intentionally misleading refund claims may result in account restrictions.
12. Prohibited Transactions
You must not use YOURACCTS to facilitate fraud, stolen payment methods, unauthorized transactions, money laundering or other unlawful activities.
13. Intellectual Property
The YOURACCTS name, branding, website design, content and other materials provided by YOURACCTS may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed or commercially exploited without authorization.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YOURACCTS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or third-party losses resulting from the use or inability to use a purchased account, digital product or service.
This includes losses arising from resale attempts, third-party platform actions, account restrictions, suspensions, bans or unauthorized use by the customer.
15. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the website or services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or third-party platform.
16. Changes to These Terms
YOURACCTS may update these Terms of Service when necessary. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means that you accept the updated terms.
17. Termination
YOURACCTS may restrict or terminate access to an account or service where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, illegal activity, unauthorized use or violation of these terms.
18. Customer Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their YOURACCTS account credentials and for activities performed through their account.
Customers should immediately contact YOURACCTS support if they believe their account credentials have been compromised or used without authorization.
Never share your Firebase password, email password, card PIN, ATM PIN or OTP with anyone claiming to be YOURACCTS support.
